Day 1: Balikpapan – Muara Muntai
Touch down at Balikpapan’s Sepingan Airport, you will be met and transferred to Loa Janan Pier. On arrival you will board on a wooden house boat and starts with your exciting adventure to Muara Muntai. Overnight and all meals serve on board. L/D
Day 2: Muara Muntai – Tanjung Isuy
On arrival at Muara Muntai you will enjoy sightseeing around the village to see their way of life and daily routines of the Inland peoples, which includes the wooden village and floating market. And then cross over Lake Jempang for Tanjung Isuy by motorized canoe. On arrival you will enjoy a welcome ceremony and traditional dance performance by The Dayak Benuaq Tribe. It is really an interesting opportunity to observe the Dayak’s culture. Overnight and all meals will be served at “Lamin – a traditional Dayak Long House”. B/L/D
Day 3: Tanjung Isuy – Tenggarong
Today you will enjoy a half day excursion by motorized canoe or motor cycle to visit the Dayak village at Mancong to see their Grand Long House. Return to Muara Muntai and then further cruise down the Mahakam River to Tenggarong. Overnight and all meals serve on board. B/L/D
Day 4: Tenggarong – Balikpapan
On arrival at Tenggarong, you will visit to the former Palace of Sultan Kutai Kertanegara to see the Sultan’s collection, Royal Cemetery and local market. And then proceeds to Loa Janan. On arrival at Loa Janan Pier, you will board the Van or Bus and depart for Balikpapan. On arrival, check in directly to the hotel for dinner and overnight.B/L/D
Day 5: Depart Balikpapan
Transfer to Balikpapan’s Sepingan Airport to connect with your flight to the next destination. B
